A good start leaves you wanting to return. Your first visit does not need to feel like an exam.

Progress does not mean increasing everything every week. Small changes are easier to observe and manage.
When an exercise feels stable and comfortable, you might add a little load or a repetition. Change one element so you can understand your response.
Record weight, repetitions and effort. A difficult workday or poor sleep may call for an easier session; that does not mean the programme has failed.
