A good start leaves you wanting to return. Your first visit does not need to feel like an exam.

Consistency is easier when a plan fits your calendar. Two short sessions can be a starting point for building a habit.
For example, set aside Monday and Thursday for a warm-up and movements involving the main muscle groups. This is an organisational example, not a universal programme.
Choose exercises with an instructor according to your experience and limitations. Include comfortable walks between sessions without making every day an endurance test.
