The feeling after unfamiliar exercise can be unpleasant, but it is not something to chase. No soreness does not mean no useful work.
After a new exercise, notice how you feel and choose lighter activity if needed. Do not repeat a hard session simply to prove discipline.
Sharp or severe pain, marked swelling, weakness or dark urine need timely medical assessment. Do not dismiss these as ordinary soreness.
