A good start leaves you wanting to return. Your first visit does not need to feel like an exam.

Mobility work is useful when it supports daily life or exercise. It is not a competition to reach the most extreme position.
Choose a few calm movements for shoulders, ankles or hips. Stay within a comfortable range without abrupt bouncing or forcing.
Persistent restriction or pain is not necessarily solved by more stretching. A physiotherapist can help assess the cause and a suitable plan.
