A big goal is often too vague for a busy day. Turn it into an action with a clear time and place.
Instead of saying you will live healthily, decide to walk around the building after lunch. Prepare shoes or a route to make starting easier.
A missed day does not erase a habit. Return at the next realistic opportunity and adjust the plan if it repeatedly does not fit your life.
